Who wrote the book of Luke? Some scholars suggest that Luke was written by a God-Fearer; a Gentile attracted by Judaism, theology, history, and the ethical system. One thing I do believe, is that Luke cared about people, not some, but all people. He appeared to be involved in the social network of the synagogue communities.
