Dogs and cats make a big percentage in the world’s population of pets

Dogs and cats make a big percentage in the world’s population of pets. Dogs have a population of 89.7 million in the United States in 2017 and cats have a population of 95.6 million in the United States in 2017 as a pet. Even though there are more cats owned in the United States than dogs, there are still great aspects that dogs have. Dogs show that they are loyal to an owner and that they are easily trained. Cats on the other hand can take care of themselves better than a dog could. There are still many reasons that dogs are better than cats.
